NO PRIVATE COMPANY TO BE ALLOWED holding the PETRONAS Shares. 5. Companies as investor in PETRONAS should be allowed to become stake-holder only BUT the investor’s company’s investment shares allotment must be reserved and awarded FREE 30% to Bumiputera as engaged in Cooperative Mandate via PNB-People Cooperative body Auditor-Manager. Khazanah Malaysia should be downgraded to only taking care the BNM and Assetised Property belonging to Malaysia, excluding UMNO or BN administrations properties. 6.
